Wonsten Wiffa, known as the Bellkeeper, resides in Ridholme's Bellport, greeting travellers as they arrive.
He is a strange fellow, hunched and always grinning. In his hands he holds a rag, sullied by years of service, occasionally dipped in the salty waters below.
